About the role

Swift Consulting is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies. Based in Lagos, you will drive brand positioning, digital campaigns, and customer acquisition initiatives across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Lead digital marketing efforts on social media, email, websites, and other platforms.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
• Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Plan and oversee promotional events, partnerships, and other marketing activities.
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare KPI reports, and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to generate leads and support revenue growth.
• Oversee external vendors, agencies, and influencers as needed.
• Identify new marketing channels and opportunities for business expansion.
• Lead, mentor, and develop members of the marketing team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of digital, social media, content marketing, and brand management.
• Proven ability to design and execute successful marketing campaigns.
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Data‑driven decision‑making capability.
• Leadership and team‑management experience.
• Commercial awareness and results‑orientation.
