Loan & Marketing Officer

About the role

The Loan & Marketing Officer will promote Swift Consulting’s loan products and financial services, driving customer acquisition through various marketing channels while managing loan applications from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Market and promote loan products and financial services across direct marketing, referrals, social media, and networking.
• Identify and generate new customers, building strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Explain loan terms, eligibility, interest rates, and repayment schedules to customers.
• Receive, process, and verify loan applications ensuring complete documentation.
• Conduct preliminary assessments and maintain accurate customer records.
• Monitor repayments, follow up on outstanding obligations, and meet loan disbursement targets.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, customer acquisition, and loan performance.
• Maintain excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales, marketing, micro‑finance, lending or banking.
• Proven ability to meet sales and customer acquisition targets.
• Good knowledge of loan products and basic credit assessment (advantageous).
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
