Learning Specialist (Remote) – 2 Hour Learning

About the role

Join the 2‑Hour Learning engine as a Learning Specialist, working remotely to turn AI‑generated performance data into timely interventions that push every learner toward 90% mastery and beyond. You will coach students in real time, resolve blockers, and help design next‑generation AI solutions that accelerate learning speed.

Key responsibilities

• Produce laser‑accurate academic data reports and analyse them to surface issues, flag anomalies and trigger fixes within 48 hours.
• Host rapid‑response “rescue” calls and post‑assessment coaching sessions to resolve blockers and keep learners motivated.
• Evaluate and implement new educational apps and design AI/LLM prototypes that improve learning speed and mastery.
• Sync with leadership to refine tools, dashboards and mastery thresholds as the AI tutor evolves.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience coaching, training or instructing K‑8 students in one‑to‑one or small‑group settings.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on data analysis combined with direct learner support.
• At least 1 year using Google Sheets or Excel for lookups, filters, pivot tables, charts, etc.
• Availability to work 4 core hours, Monday‑Friday, 8:00‑12:00 U.S. time.

Required skills

• Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, charts, filters).
• AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot integrated into professional workflows.
• Basic programming for AI APIs (Python, JavaScript).
