IT Administrator – Cloud & Network Support

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Administrator to join Pluto Cloud Computing Nigeria Ltd in Lagos. The role involves managing our computer, server and network infrastructure, as well as supporting cloud services and day‑to‑day user needs.

Key responsibilities

• Install and maintain computers, servers, and network systems.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and other cloud services.
• Provide day‑to‑day IT support to staff.
• Implement cybersecurity measures and manage data backups.
• Support rental software, fleet tracking systems, and CRM platforms.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Diagnose and fix laptops and other IT hardware issues.
• Set up and maintain printers and related devices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Relevant IT certifications are an added advantage.
