About the role
The House Master will join Elevation Professionals in Lagos to deliver high‑quality instruction and support to students. This full‑time position involves planning lessons, assessing progress, and fostering an inclusive learning environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver well‑structured lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
- Promote critical thinking and problem‑solving through discussions and case studies.
- Assess student progress via assignments, tests, and projects.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to support academic growth.
- Encourage participation and maintain an inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Keep accurate records of performance and attendance.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about student progress.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and school activities.
- Mentor students to foster personal and academic development.
Required profile
- Minimum Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar teaching role.
