Hotel Driver – Guest Transport

About the role

Greywood Hotels & Apartments is seeking a reliable driver to transport guests, staff, and hotel items safely and promptly across Lagos. You will be the face of our hospitality service, ensuring a smooth and courteous travel experience for all passengers.

Key responsibilities

• Transport guests, staff, and hotel items to designated locations on time.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, roadworthiness, and perform routine checks (fuel, oil, tires, brakes).
• Follow traffic laws, hotel policies, and safety regulations.
• Assist guests with luggage and provide courteous service during pick‑ups and drop‑offs.
• Record mileage, fuel usage, and trip details accurately.
• Coordinate transport schedules with front desk or management.
• Handle minor repairs or arrange major repairs with a mechanic.
• Ensure vehicle documents (insurance, registration) are up to date.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• 1‑2 years of driving experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Familiarity with local routes and traffic regulations.
• Excellent communication, time‑management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and physically fit to handle luggage.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
