About the role
The Head of Programmes will lead the design and delivery of strategic social interventions across education, health and shelter, ensuring high‑impact outcomes and robust programme management.
Key responsibilities
- Translate complex social needs into strategic objectives and actionable programmes.
- Guide cross‑functional teams toward high‑level KPIs, providing feedback and performance coaching.
- Develop and implement systems and procedures for efficient programme operation, data tracking and reporting.
- Manage large‑scale budgets, monitor expenditures and ensure financial transparency.
- Establish impact measurement frameworks and conduct risk assessments with mitigation plans.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years of experience in project management or a related field.
- Proven experience leading high‑performance, cross‑functional teams.
- Strong ability to advocate for marginalized groups and represent the organisation publicly.
