Head of Finance – Lead Financial Strategy

About the role

As the Head of Finance you will lead the company’s financial operations, shape financial strategy and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies, budgeting processes and performance metrics.
• Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, audit and financial reporting across the organization.
• Monitor cash flow, revenue assurance, cost management and overall financial health.
• Lead ERP implementation, financial process improvement and regulatory compliance initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (MBA or MSc preferred).
• Chartered Accountant qualification (ICAN, ACCA or equivalent).
• Minimum 10 years of finance/accounting experience, including at least 6 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial strategy, ERP systems, tax compliance and financial reporting.
