About the role
FMR Agency is hiring a Head of Finance/Account based in Lagos, Marina. The role oversees the company's day-to-day finance and accounting operations and supports the organisation's long-term growth strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the company's day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
- Prepare accurate monthly management accounts, financial statements and cash flow reports.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax and regulatory requirements, including supporting licensing and business expansion activities.
- Strengthen internal financial controls, policies and reporting processes.
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships and working capital efficiently.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely regulatory reporting.
- Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to support management decisions.
- Lead, mentor and develop the finance team while driving continuous process improvement.
Required profile
- A minimum of a BSC qualification.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.
