About the role
The Growth & Revenue Manager is a senior business leader responsible for driving sustainable user acquisition, retention and revenue across Medbuddy’s product lines. This role blends strategy, performance marketing, data analytics and partnership development to build predictable growth engines.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute revenue growth strategies, pricing, bundling and upsell models for local and international markets.
- Own paid and organic acquisition channels (Google, Meta, SEO, referrals, influencer, affiliate, partnerships) and scale the funnel from leads to repeat purchases.
- Conduct funnel and behaviour analysis, optimise landing pages, onboarding journeys and sales scripts, and enable sales teams with playbooks and automation tools.
- Increase user engagement, frequency, referrals and lifetime value; design re‑activation and loyalty campaigns; analyse churn drivers and implement interventions.
- Build a structured testing pipeline (A/B, multivariate, funnel tests) and lead performance dashboards for marketing, revenue and product funnels.
- Establish and manage channel partnerships with schools, education platforms, publishers, NGOs and negotiate affiliate/commission deals.
- Lead a small high‑performing growth team, set OKRs/KPIs and ensure cross‑functional alignment with product, operations and customer success.
Required profile
- Strong analytical rigour and commercial acumen.
- Proven cross‑functional leadership and experimentation discipline.
- Excellent storytelling ability to translate insights into measurable revenue results.
- Experience scaling growth engines in a fast‑moving, data‑driven environment.
