General Manager Telecom

About the role

The General Manager Telecom will lead the strategic and operational direction of Harcadiax Systems Ltd’s network infrastructure and service delivery. This senior position oversees the design, implementation, and optimisation of telecom networks to ensure high availability and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for network infrastructure and technical service delivery.
• Design, implement, manage, and optimise network architecture to meet reliability and performance targets.
• Oversee day‑to‑day network operations, troubleshooting, maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices across ISP and enterprise environments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Network Engineering or related field.
• CCNA certification is mandatory; CCNP or equivalent advanced networking certification highly preferred.
• Minimum eight years of relevant experience in network infrastructure, operations, ISP or enterprise networking.
• Proven hands‑on experience with PRTG Network Monitor and other network monitoring tools.
