General Manager, Head: HR Business Partnering

About the role

The General Manager, Head of HR Business Partnering will lead the HR Business Partner unit, aligning people strategies with business objectives and driving organisational effectiveness, talent management, culture transformation and workforce performance across assigned business units.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HRBP strategies that support overall business goals.
• Act as a trusted advisor to functional heads on people, culture and organisational matters.
• Lead workforce planning, succession planning and talent strategies.
• Drive change‑management initiatives during business transformation.
• Partner with business leaders to translate priorities into people solutions, including organisational design and capability building.
• Manage headcount planning and ensure efficient manpower allocation.
• Facilitate performance‑management processes and lead talent reviews and leadership‑development programmes.
• Implement employee‑engagement and culture‑change initiatives, and act as employee champion.
• Resolve complex employee‑relations issues and promote a high‑performance, inclusive workplace.

Required profile

• Extensive senior HR leadership experience, preferably in a large or multinational organisation.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives that drive business results.
• Strong business acumen and experience influencing senior executives.
• Demonstrated expertise in change management, talent management and employee engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
