Executive Driver

About the role

The company is seeking a reliable driver to transport the Executive Director safely to meetings, events and other engagements. This position requires a high level of professionalism, discretion and a commitment to vehicle upkeep.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the Executive Director to and from official engagements, ensuring punctual arrival.
• Maintain the vehicle’s cleanliness, perform routine checks (oil, water, brakes, tires, lights) and report any faults.
• Keep accurate records of trips, fuel consumption and maintenance activities.
• Plan efficient routes to avoid delays and comply with traffic laws and company policies.
• Assist with carrying items, running errands, or other duties as assigned.
• Coordinate schedules and logistics with the administrative team while preserving confidentiality.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and National Identification Number (NIN).
• Two years of driving experience (entry‑level acceptable).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
• Willingness to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks.
