Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead Ileero Go’s online growth strategy in the travel and mobility sector. You will own the planning, execution and optimisation of multi‑channel campaigns that drive brand awareness, user acquisition and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall digital marketing and growth strategy for Ileero Go.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google and other platforms.
• Create content strategies and compelling messaging across social media, website, email and display ads.
• Manage the company’s social media presence, content calendar and audience engagement.
• Lead email marketing and CRM initiatives, including segmentation and automated customer journeys.
• Conduct market, competitor and audience research to refine targeting and positioning.
• Monitor website and landing‑page performance, apply SEO best practices and conversion‑rate optimisation techniques.
• Collaborate with product, operations, support and design teams to align marketing activities with business goals.
• Track campaign performance, analyse data and use insights to continuously improve results.
• Identify and manage relationships with creators, influencers and agencies as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital, growth or performance marketing.
• Proven background in mobility, transportation, travel or logistics marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to design and execute multi‑channel digital campaigns.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills with a data‑driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
