Digital Marketing Associate

About the role

BeautyByTejj Studio is looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Associate to join its team in Lagos. You will be responsible for growing the brand’s presence across social platforms and supporting marketing initiatives that drive engagement and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow the brand’s Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter) and Pinterest accounts.
• Create, schedule and publish engaging visual and written content.
• Support broader marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Handle customer enquiries and nurture the online community.
• Provide administrative assistance to the marketing team.
• Track, analyse and report social media performance metrics.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in social media management.
• B.Sc. in Marketing, Mass Communication or a related discipline.
• Completed NYSC or equivalent corporate service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, organized, proactive and results‑driven attitude.
• Experience in the beauty, fashion or lifestyle sector is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva.
• Proficiency with CapCut.
• Proficiency with Meta Business Suite.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
