About the role
The Digital Marketer will develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote KALHR’s HR technology solutions. This role involves managing social media channels, creating engaging content, and driving lead generation and customer engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms.
- Create marketing content such as posts, graphics, videos, email campaigns and promotional materials.
- Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns to increase website traffic and conversions.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and optimise SEO for better online visibility.
- Track, analyse and report on marketing metrics, campaign performance and ROI.
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- At least a degree in a related field.
