Customer Care Operator – Full-Time

About the role

The Customer Care Operator will be the first point of contact for clients, handling enquiries, complaints and requests while ensuring a professional and pleasant experience. This full‑time position is based in Lagos and supports the company’s banking, finance and insurance services.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to customers’ enquiries, complaints, and requests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about the company’s products and services.
• Handle inbound customer calls and strive to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Resolve issues promptly or escalate them to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
• Follow established customer service procedures and company policies.
• Meet assigned performance and customer service targets.

Required profile

• Minimum OND (Ordinary National Diploma) from a recognised institution; HND or Bachelor’s degree also acceptable.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar customer service or call‑center role.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Basic computer literacy and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
