About the role
We are looking for a Creative & Operations Assistant to support our daily activities, from content creation to event logistics. You will work closely with the founder to keep our business organised and moving forward.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in creating social media content, including photos, videos and Canva designs.
- Organise and manage creative projects and content calendars.
- Handle customer enquiries, follow‑up and order preparation.
- Source and purchase materials, manage inventory and stock organisation.
- Support event preparation, coordination, set‑up and pack‑down.
- Provide general administrative support, track tasks and deadlines.
Required profile
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented and proactive.
- Strong written and spoken English communication.
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
- Interest in events, design, gifting or creative experiences.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Canva.
- Experience using social media platforms for content sharing.
- Ability to capture photos and videos using a smartphone.
