Manager, Product Design

About the role

Lead the design practice at Reliance Health, shaping user‑centered experiences across multiple health tech products. You will own the design system, mentor a high‑performing team, and collaborate with cross‑functional partners to deliver consistent, high‑quality designs.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the organization’s design system, ensuring consistency across all products and platforms.
• Establish and enforce design standards, best practices, and processes across teams.
• Drive end‑to‑end design processes including research, persona development, prototyping, testing, and QA validation.
• Lead user and market research, competitive analysis, and translate insights into actionable design recommendations.
• Mentor, develop, and expand a high‑performing design team, supporting hiring and onboarding.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing and other stakeholders to align design with business goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in UX/Product Design, with at least 2 years leading a design team.
• Proven track record in senior design leadership within a digital product environment.
• Experience delivering design work on time with thorough documentation for engineering handoff.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma.
• Experience with UX research tools such as Maze.
