About the role
We are seeking a creative Content Creator to develop and manage engaging social media content, drive audience interaction and support brand awareness.
Key responsibilities
- Create engaging and compelling content for social media platforms.
- Develop content ideas, captions, scripts, and short‑form videos.
- Plan and manage content calendars and posting schedules.
- Respond to customer enquiries and support online engagement.
- Monitor content performance and recommend improvements.
- Stay updated on social media trends and digital marketing strategies.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Content Creator or in a similar role.
- Previous customer service experience is mandatory.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools.
- Creative, proactive, organised, and self‑motivated.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Must reside around the Lekki/Ajah axis of Lagos.
