Certified Nurse – Patient Care Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Certified Nurse to join our team at Mart Group of Health Services Ltd in Lagos. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality patient care, work closely with physicians and support the health‑service operations in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care following best practices and physician instructions.
• Monitor, document and report changes in patients’ health conditions.
• Administer prescribed medications, injections and treatments.
• Assist physicians during medical procedures and ensure proper support.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, medication usage and post‑care instructions.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Participate in continuous professional development through training and workshops.

Required profile

• Registered and certified nurse with a valid NMCN license.
• 1–3 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Degree or diploma in Nursing (RN, RN‑BSN or equivalent).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced setting.
• Compassionate, detail‑oriented and patient‑focused.

Required skills

• Proficiency with medical software.
• Experience using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
