Business Development Executive

About the role

The Business Development Executive will drive growth for Ragnarok Property Development Limited by building a strong client pipeline and fostering relationships with real estate professionals. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify new opportunities and support the company’s expansion in the Lagos market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a robust client database and execute lead‑generation strategies across digital, networking and referral channels.
• Conduct market research to spot trends, competitive activity and emerging business opportunities in real estate.
• Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.
• Organise monthly training sessions for realtors and manage realtor groups, including recruitment of agencies and individual agents.
• Build and nurture relationships with industry influencers, attend events and represent the company at conferences.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to design and launch effective campaigns.
• Handle client inquiries, negotiate contracts and support budget planning for business‑development activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales or marketing within real estate, insurance or investment sectors.
• Strong understanding of real‑estate market trends, property investment and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Data‑analysis mindset and ability to develop data‑driven strategies.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software and related business‑development tools.
