Brand Strategist (Creative)

About the role
Our client is looking for a creative and commercially‑minded Brand Strategist to design and launch impactful campaigns, strengthen brand positioning, boost visibility, and drive customer acquisition for its gifting business.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s overall brand strategy.
- Create, manage and optimise marketing campaigns across key gifting occasions and corporate events.
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategic decisions.
- Track campaign performance, analyse results and implement improvements.
- Build partnerships and collaborations that increase brand exposure.
- Design lead‑generation tactics to attract qualified customers.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
- Proven experience in branding, marketing or campaign management.
- Strong creative, strategic and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of customer behaviour.
- Current residence in Lagos.
