Auto Finance & Auto Swap Business Development Officer

About the role

The Auto Finance & Auto Swap Business Development Officer will drive new customer acquisition and expand our auto financing portfolio. You will work closely with car dealers, brokers, fleet operators and financial partners to deliver tailored loan solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Source and generate new customers requiring auto financing or auto swap loans.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers and financing opportunities.
• Develop relationships with car dealerships, vehicle brokers, fleet operators and other business partners.
• Present the company’s loan products, explain eligibility, repayment terms and charges.
• Collect and review customer documentation for loan applications.
• Coordinate with banks, lenders and internal credit teams to facilitate loan processing and approval.
• Follow up on leads, applications and pending transactions until completion.
• Negotiate and structure financing solutions that meet customer needs and company guidelines.
• Identify repeat‑business, referral and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings and sector opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in auto financing, vehicle sales, auto loans, banking or business development.
• Proven ability to acquire customers and generate financing business.
• Existing relationships with car dealers, auto brokers, banks or vehicle owners is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of auto loans, vehicle financing and auto‑swap transactions.
