Assistant Project Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Project Supervisor to support daily JMS activities and field operations within our shipping and logistics division in Lagos. The role involves close collaboration with drivers, clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and strict adherence to safety and client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating daily JMS activities and field operations.
• Support the deployment and supervision of drivers and journey personnel.
• Monitor journeys to ensure compliance with safety procedures and client specifications.
• Liaise with drivers, clients, and internal teams to resolve operational issues promptly.
• Monitor and escalate incidents, delays, and other operational challenges.
• Maintain accurate operational records and prepare detailed performance reports.
• Support compliance with company policies and client service‑level agreements.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing operational documentation and logs.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• A degree in a related field.
• Effective communication skills.
• Strong client‑relationship abilities.
• Good time‑management skills.
