Asset Database Coordinator

About the role

The Asset Database Coordinator will ensure that all asset information collected across American Tower Nigeria is accurate, complete, and readily available for business use. You will work closely with regional IT, vendors, and internal users to maintain data quality and support the Office Track and SAV platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and apply techniques for high‑quality data collection, validation, and consolidation.
• Validate asset data and photos submitted via Office Track, and load them into the SAV system.
• Conduct quarterly audits of application users to monitor engagement and system efficiency.
• Create training materials and user guides for ATC employees and vendors.
• Collaborate with regional IT to provide and support necessary technology.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Escalate data anomalies to the Data Reporting Manager and maintain issue logs.
• Prepare weekly and monthly asset reports following approved templates.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong judgment and adherence to ethical standards and anti‑bribery policies.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects, preferably on EMEA IT platforms.
• Ability to work with functional groups across the organization.
• Strong follow‑up and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot charts, macros).
• Hands‑on experience with Office Track and SAV applications.
• Familiarity with Oracle, Siterra, and Salesforce platforms.
