About the role
The Area Patrol Supervisor will lead a team of security officers to protect designated sites in Lagos. This role ensures that all security operations run smoothly, incidents are managed promptly, and client expectations are consistently met.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and manage security personnel across assigned locations.
- Coordinate guard assignments, conduct regular site inspections, and verify compliance with security protocols.
- Respond to incidents and emergencies, providing timely resolution and detailed reporting.
- Act as the primary liaison between security staff, senior management, and clients to maintain high service standards.
- Maintain accurate records of patrol activities, equipment, and incident logs.
Required profile
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in security or a related field.
- At least an OND qualification in a relevant discipline.
