About the role

Gabtar Investment Ltd is hiring a full-time Administrative Assistant in Marina, Lagos. The role covers the day-to-day office administration, supporting management and keeping the office running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage office correspondence by email, call and letter.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments and events.
  • Prepare reports, memos and presentations.
  • Maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
  • Handle data entry and update databases.
  • Assist in preparing budgets and expense reports.
  • Receive visitors and provide general support.
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory.
  • Support management with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Required profile

  • No experience required; 1 month of experience listed.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritize, problem-solving skills.
  • Professionalism and confidentiality.

Required skills
