About the role
Qatar Airways is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to lead its Leisure and Corporate sales programme across Nigeria. Based in Lagos, you will be responsible for achieving the regional revenue budget and maximising value from the airline’s SME portfolio through proactive sales and marketing activities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the account portfolio, analyse sales data and identify tactical opportunities to drive revenue.
- Design and execute sales initiatives and campaigns to acquire new corporate and leisure customers and increase activation of existing accounts.
- Provide onboarding support and handle queries for corporate and leisure clients.
- Monitor revenue performance of key SME customers, prepare sales call plans, reports and update CRM (Salesforce) throughout the sales pipeline.
- Promote campaigns and secure media coverage in coordination with Qatar Head Office.
- Gather market intelligence, report programme concerns and recommend corrective actions.
- Advise trade and corporate teams on upcoming product developments and special promotions.
- Represent Qatar Airways at trade exhibitions and relevant corporate/leisure events.
Required profile
- Experience in a commercial, customer‑facing role, preferably in aviation or travel.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret data and trends.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English and the legal right to live and work in Nigeria.
Required skills
- Knowledge of GDS and ticketing systems.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
