YouTube Channel Growth & Campaign Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive YouTube Channel Growth & Campaign Manager to drive subscriber acquisition, retain audiences, and run high‑performing ad campaigns for our brand‑owned channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all YouTube channels, ensuring aggressive subscriber growth and consistent publishing cadence for long‑form videos and Shorts.
• Implement SEO best practices—keyword‑optimized titles, descriptions, and tags—to boost organic discoverability.
• Engage the community through comments, polls, and the Community tab to maintain high retention and brand loyalty.
• Set up, monitor, and optimise YouTube ad campaigns (Pre‑roll, Discovery, Bumper) against reach and conversion targets.
• Track performance metrics such as CTR, retention at 30 seconds, CPC and VTR, and adjust bidding strategies for cost efficiency.
• Conduct A/B testing of thumbnails, titles and CTAs to maximise click‑through rates.

Required profile

• Proven track record of growing YouTube subscriber bases and increasing organic reach.
• Strong analytical ability to translate data insights into actionable creative briefs.
• Sharp visual sense for creating punchy thumbnails and compelling opening hooks.
