About the role
The Warehouse Officer will support daily warehouse operations at Chupez New Dawn Ltd in Lagos, ensuring that incoming goods are received, inspected, stored correctly, and dispatched efficiently. This role is essential for maintaining accurate inventory records and a safe, organized storage environment.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming goods against documentation.
- Arrange, identify, and store products properly.
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date inventory records.
- Process stock issuance and dispatch documentation.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with records.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, losses, or discrepancies.
- Ensure proper handling and protection of inventory.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, orderliness, and safety standards.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification of an HND.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar warehouse role.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow documentation procedures.
- Commitment to safety and cleanliness standards.
