About the role
We are looking for a friendly and professional Waiter to join our hospitality team in Marina, Lagos. You will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless dining experience from greeting to farewell.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests, present menus, and take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Keep tables clean, properly set, and ensure the dining area meets hygiene standards.
- Respond to guest requests, resolve minor concerns, and process bills and payments when required.
- Maintain overall cleanliness of the service area throughout the shift.
Required profile
- Minimum education: SSCE, OND or HND.
- At least one year of experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Preference for candidates residing near Lekki, Ajah or surrounding areas.
