Visual Production & Creative Coordinator

About the role

Evik is seeking a hands‑on Visual Production & Creative Coordinator to lead the creation and adaptation of video and visual assets for marketing, campaigns and global launches. The role is execution‑focused, requiring daily production work and close collaboration with creative and production teams.

Key responsibilities

• Edit and produce videos, reels, launch visuals, campaign assets and social‑ready content.
• Create high‑quality visual assets for marketing, communications and multi‑region campaigns.
• Adapt assets into multiple formats, sizes and platform specifications while maintaining visual consistency.
• Support multilingual and region‑specific adaptations, including subtitles, captions and graphic updates.
• Coordinate production timelines, revisions and delivery schedules; assist with photography shoots and logistics.
• Organise and maintain structured asset libraries and version‑control systems.
• Perform quality checks on videos, graphics, subtitles and export files, escalating issues when necessary.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years (72 months) of hands‑on experience in video editing, visual production or multimedia content creation.
• Proven track record producing content for social media, digital campaigns and launch initiatives.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Comfortable working in structured, approval‑based environments.
