Videographer / Graphic Designer

About the role

Beyond Fitness Ltd is looking for a creative Videographer / Graphic Designer to produce engaging video and visual content that showcases the gym’s community and brand. The role combines filming, editing and graphic design to support our marketing channels and member experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and edit high‑quality fitness videos that reflect the brand voice.
• Create supporting graphics, thumbnails and social‑media visuals using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva.
• Maintain a production calendar and ensure timely delivery of all content.
• Collaborate with trainers, front‑of‑house staff and management to capture authentic member stories.
• Research industry trends and propose new video or design concepts to boost engagement.
• Ensure sound, visual and graphic quality meet brand standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film, Communications, Design or related field (preferred).
• At least two years of experience as a videographer, preferably in fitness or lifestyle environments.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro and After Effects for video editing.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Canva for graphic design.
