Video Editor (On-site) – Real Estate

About the role

Kingford Homes is seeking a talented Video Editor to join its Lagos office. You will create compelling video content that showcases the company’s residential and commercial projects, brand stories, and client testimonials across digital and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Organise raw footage and assemble video sequences that align with brand guidelines.
• Perform colour grading, add transitions, music, sound effects, and basic motion graphics.
• Export and optimise videos for web, social media, and other platforms.
• Maintain an orderly media library and ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to generate fresh visual ideas.

Required profile

• Proven experience in video editing and production, with a portfolio or show‑reel.
• Strong visual storytelling ability and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills in an on‑site environment.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field (advantageous).
