Travel Sales Executive

About the role

The Travel Sales Executive will drive revenue by converting travel inquiries into confirmed bookings and nurturing long‑term client relationships. Working from Lagos with a hybrid/remote setup, you will act as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing travelers, delivering tailored travel solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, website forms and social media.
• Qualify leads, understand travel requirements and present suitable packages.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and follow up consistently to close bookings.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing expert travel advice and managing expectations throughout the journey.
• Coordinate bookings, verify documentation and ensure timely payment collection.
• Conduct post‑travel follow‑ups, encourage referrals and repeat business.
• Maintain CRM and client databases, track performance and prepare regular sales reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, travel, tourism or hospitality.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet defined targets.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Experience in travel sales is an advantage.
