About the role

JV Management Consulting Limited is seeking an experienced Travel Manager to lead daily travel operations in Lagos. The role involves supervising ticketing and reservations staff, managing key client relationships, and driving business growth through sales and digital marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily travel operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Supervise ticketing and reservations teams, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Manage key client accounts, address escalations, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Drive sales targets and identify opportunities for business expansion.
• Support digital marketing campaigns and lead conversion efforts.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in a travel agency environment.
• Strong knowledge of ticketing, reservations, and overall travel operations.
• Proven customer service expertise and ability to handle escalations.
• Leadership and team management capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with booking systems and ticketing platforms.
• Advanced use of MS Office applications.
• Experience in digital marketing, including social media and WhatsApp marketing.
