Trainer – Outsourcing & BPO (Hybrid, Lagos)

About the role

The Trainer (Outsourcing/BPO) will design, deliver and evaluate training programmes for staff operating in outsourced and BPO environments. This full‑time, hybrid position is based in Lagos and combines on‑site sessions with remote delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update onboarding, soft‑skill and process training curricula aligned with client requirements.
• Facilitate classroom and virtual training sessions, preparing manuals, presentations and other learning materials.
• Conduct training needs analyses, track learning outcomes and recommend improvements to boost performance, service quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with HR, operations and client teams to ensure consistent standards and support coaching initiatives.
• Maintain accurate training records and reporting dashboards.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering training for outsourcing/BPO or contact‑center settings.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, able to engage diverse learner groups.
• Ability to analyse training needs, build structured curricula and measure effectiveness with clear metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Professional, collaborative attitude and commitment to non‑discriminatory practices in a hybrid work environment.
