About the role

Ridima is looking for a creative, hands‑on TikTok Content Creator to own and grow its presence on the platform. You will be the voice and visual style of the brand on TikTok, turning fintech concepts into engaging short‑form videos that resonate with a youthful audience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, film, edit and publish TikTok videos that align with Ridima’s brand and product offerings.
• Maintain a content calendar, ensuring a consistent posting rhythm.
• Cover company events, partner activations and behind‑the‑scenes moments.
• Engage with the community by replying to comments and DMs, fostering conversation and loyalty.
• Produce bi‑weekly performance reports covering views, follows and engagement metrics.
• Identify and collaborate with suitable creators and influencers.
• Work closely with the marketing team to keep all content on brand.

Required profile

• Constantly active on social media platforms, especially TikTok.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and handling production equipment.
• Open‑minded to experimentation; understands that not every post will succeed.
• Possesses a genuine sense of humor and can spot trending content early.
• Bonus: prior experience growing a TikTok account (personal or for a brand).
