Tele Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Tele Sales Representative to join Trionlife Wellness International in Lagos. The role focuses on converting inbound leads into customers for our wellness product packages, distributor deals and training programs. You will work closely with the sales manager to achieve daily and monthly conversion targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promptly attend to all assigned leads via phone, WhatsApp and messaging.
• Follow up customers continuously until a sale is secured.
• Convert leads into buyers for distributor packages, contract‑manufacturing, stockist packages and training programmes.
• Explain product features, pricing and special offers clearly and handle objections professionally.
• Adhere to approved sales scripts, pricing guidelines and ensure no lead is abandoned.
• Update the sales status for every lead in the CRM system.
• Submit daily sales activity reports to the Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum OND/HND/BSc in any discipline (sales or customer‑service certification is a plus).
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, tele‑sales or customer service, preferably with online or WhatsApp selling.
• Strong communication abilities and a high sense of responsibility.
• Ability to meet strict KPIs such as 100 % lead follow‑up and a minimum 70 % conversion rate.
