Tech Sales Specialist (B2B)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Tech Sales Specialist to drive B2B technology sales for our consulting and delivery teams. You will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing relationships and closing deals in the IT & Telecom sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and engage potential B2B clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with consulting and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market opportunities and competitor offerings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B technology sales (consulting, SaaS, ERP preferred).
• Track record of meeting or surpassing sales quotas.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to understand client business needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
