Team Lead, Platform Integrations

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Team Lead to own the stability, performance and reliability of our digital banking core. You will manage L2/L3 support operations that connect the Finacle Core Banking system with modern service layers, ensuring zero‑downtime for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead rapid incident response, root‑cause analysis and coordination with the Finacle Core team.
• Act as the primary technical escalation point for all Finacle integration issues, troubleshooting data discrepancies, connectivity drops and API failures.
• Monitor OpenShift and related middleware servers to maintain optimal environment health.
• Define and drive advanced alerting and logging strategies using Grafana, Prometheus, ELK or Dynatrace.
• Achieve an average MTTR of less than 45 minutes for critical integration incidents.
• Manage a 24/7 or follow‑the‑sun support rotation, ensuring coverage and work‑life balance.
• Maintain a change success rate above 98% for production patches and configuration changes.

Required profile

• BSc in IT, Computer Science or a related field (Master’s degree or certifications such as ITIL, SCJP, OCA, MCP/MCSD are a plus).
• Minimum 7 years of hands‑on experience with Finacle Core Banking, including troubleshooting of Finacle Integrator, batch jobs and ISO8583/REST messaging.
• Expert‑level ability to read and debug Java code.
• Proven experience with Terraform, Ansible, Kafka and RabbitMQ.
