Supply Chain Analyst

About the role

The Supply Chain Analyst will support Elroi Global Services Limited by turning data into actionable insights across procurement, inventory, logistics and vendor management. You will work closely with the supply chain team to monitor performance, ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse supply chain and procurement data to identify trends, bottlenecks and cost‑saving opportunities.
• Prepare and maintain regular reports, dashboards and performance metrics for senior management.
• Manage and update supply chain records and databases to ensure data accuracy.
• Support procurement, inventory, logistics and vendor management activities through data‑driven recommendations.
• Utilise Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis, reporting and collaborative work.
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or Gemini to automate routine tasks and enhance analysis.
• Monitor compliance with company policies and supply chain procedures, and assist in preparing presentations and management updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics or data analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organisational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
