Studio Manager – Retail & Fashion

About the role

The Triplet's Studio is seeking a proactive Studio Manager to lead daily operations at its Lekki Phase 1 location. You will be responsible for overseeing staff, maintaining a high‑standard environment, and ensuring an excellent client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the studio team, delegate tasks and monitor performance.
• Maintain professional standards for attendance, appearance and conduct.
• Oversee studio cleanliness, organization and readiness for clients each day.
• Monitor inventory, supplies and equipment, and liaise with vendors as needed.
• Handle client concerns, ensure consistent service quality and identify improvement opportunities.
• Track daily activities, prepare reports for the business owner and follow up on outstanding tasks.

Required profile

• Stable, mature and responsible with proven team‑management experience.
• Proactive, organized and able to work independently.
• Strong communicator who can motivate staff and resolve issues fairly.
• Customer‑focused with a keen eye for service excellence.
