Studio Assistant

About the role

The Studio Assistant will be the first point of contact for clients visiting our beauty studio in Lagos. You will support stylists, makeup artists and other therapists to ensure smooth service delivery and a welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and manage front‑desk interactions.
• Assist hairstylists, makeup artists, nail technicians and therapists during appointments.
• Prepare and tidy workstations, tools and equipment before and after each client.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area and treatment rooms.
• Handle appointment scheduling, confirmations and follow‑ups.
• Manage inventory of beauty products, supplies and consumables.
• Sterilize and maintain beauty tools according to hygiene standards.
• Support product displays, promotions and retail sales.
• Process payments and issue receipts when required.
• Perform basic administrative and front‑desk duties.

Required profile

• Minimum of SSCE qualification.
• Previous experience in a beauty salon, spa, wellness centre, hospitality or customer‑service role is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the beauty industry.
