Studio and Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive professional to manage the day‑to‑day operations of our creative studio while driving new business opportunities. The role sits at the intersection of studio execution and commercial expansion, ensuring the team can produce high‑quality work and that the studio continuously grows its client base.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily studio operations, including scheduling, bookings, project tracking, and session coordination.
• Maintain studio spaces in a client‑ready, organized, and functional state.
• Identify market opportunities, pitch studio services to corporate clients and agencies, and convert leads into long‑term partnerships.
• Act as primary point of contact for clients and internal teams during sessions, ensuring high retention and satisfaction.
• Coordinate production logistics across shoots, recordings, and internal projects, aligning production, creative, and administrative teams.
• Manage and track studio equipment (maintenance, usage, storage) and supervise assistants, interns, and technical crew.
• Enforce studio policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Maintain detailed records of studio usage, inventory, and business‑development pipelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media, Film, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of experience combining studio management or production coordination with business development, sales, or account management in media, advertising, or creative environments.
• Proven ability to identify business opportunities, negotiate contracts, pitch creative services, and build strategic partnerships.
• Strong leadership skills to manage workflows, guide crew members, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Solid understanding of production equipment, studio workflows, and fast‑paced creative settings.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer‑service abilities.
