Student Recruitment Officer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Student Recruitment Officer to manage the end‑to‑end admissions process for prospective students studying abroad. The role involves coordinating with partner institutions, guiding applicants through visa requirements and ensuring a smooth, customer‑focused experience.

Key responsibilities

• Review, verify and submit student applications, ensuring completeness and adherence to timelines.
• Monitor offer requests, liaise with partner institutions and issue conditional/unconditional offers.
• Track application progress in the CRM and provide regular updates to applicants.
• Respond to student inquiries via email, phone and walk‑ins, offering clear guidance on admissions and visa processes.
• Process tagging requests, manage CAS timelines and support Pre‑CAS requirements.
• Validate academic credentials and financial documents against university and visa standards.
• Collaborate with counsellors, marketing teams and partner institutions to meet recruitment targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in study‑abroad agencies, public relations or customer support.
• Strong understanding of international admissions and student visa requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams.
• Experience with CRM systems, admissions portals and virtual communication tools.
