Student Counsellor

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Student Counsellor to guide prospective students through the study‑abroad journey. You will work closely with candidates, their families and partner institutions to ensure a smooth admissions and visa process while meeting enrolment targets.

Key responsibilities

• Advise students on suitable courses, institutions and destinations for overseas study.
• Manage the full admissions cycle, including applications, documentation, offer follow‑up and visa assistance.
• Convert leads into enrolments and achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate student records and generate reports using CRM and internal tools.
• Build strong relationships with students, parents and partner schools.
• Participate in outreach events, marketing activities and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with institutional, visa and company policies throughout the process.
• Provide timely updates and feedback to students during each stage of their application.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Business or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Student Counsellor, Admissions Officer or in a customer‑service‑driven sales role.
• Good understanding of international admissions procedures and visa requirements.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer‑service abilities.
• Target‑oriented mindset with a proven record of meeting enrolment goals.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Competent use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Competent use of Google Workspace tools.
