Strategy Lead

About the role

The Strategy Lead will support the development, implementation and monitoring of the Group’s corporate strategy for Noor Takaful and Noor Health. The role translates strategic priorities into measurable plans, tracks performance against KPIs and prepares reports for senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the periodic review and update of the Group’s corporate strategy in collaboration with senior leaders.
• Conduct market, competitor, industry and regulatory analysis to identify trends affecting strategic priorities.
• Break down strategic objectives into annual action plans, milestones and performance measures and maintain dashboards.
• Prepare and consolidate strategy performance materials for monthly management meetings and board reviews.
• Coordinate cross‑functional alignment with product, finance, actuarial, PMO and data teams, and liaise with regulators and institutional partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Strategy or related field; MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• 3–5 years of experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning or management consulting, preferably in financial services, insurance or a regulated industry.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong presentation skills using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience building dashboards or familiarity with Business Intelligence tools.
