About the role
We are looking for a Station Operation Staff member to manage daily activities at our fuel station in Lagos. The role involves overseeing opening and closing procedures, supervising on‑site staff and ensuring safety and operational standards are met.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily station operations and opening/closing activities.
- Coordinate and monitor on‑site staff attendance and conduct.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.
- Maintain basic daily records and reports.
- Escalate operational issues to management when required.
Required profile
- Minimum HND qualification.
- Basic record‑keeping and reporting abilities.
- Reliable, disciplined and able to be physically present on site.
- Capability to coordinate staff and enforce procedures.
- Prior experience in retail or operations is an advantage.
